The 2026 Mercedes-Benz EQB is a compact luxury electric SUV with optional third-row seating for up to seven passengers. It competes with models such as the Tesla Model Y, Audi Q4 e-tron, and Genesis GV60. This model year carries forward the platform and exterior styling from previous years without a redesign or mid-cycle refresh. The electric powertrain uses a 70.5 kWh battery pack, with rear-wheel drive available on the base EQB 250+ trim and all-wheel-drive 4MATIC on the EQB 300 and EQB 350 trims. Power output ranges from 188 horsepower on the EQB 250+ to 288 horsepower on the EQB 350, delivered by single or dual electric motors paired to a single-speed automatic transmission.

The EQB employs the MBUX infotainment system, featuring twin 10.25-inch digital displays for the instrument cluster and central touchscreen. Controls include touch interfaces, "Hey Mercedes" voice recognition for hands-free commands, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and over-the-air updates for navigation and traffic information. Standard driver assistance systems comprise Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC adaptive cruise control and Active Lane Keeping Assist, with optional features such as augmented-reality navigation. The Mercedes me connect app enables remote monitoring of charge status, cabin preconditioning, and vehicle location, while over-the-air software updates are supported, with subscriptions required for certain advanced navigation and streaming functions.
